Do you and your spouse/partner come from different religious or cultural backgrounds? If so, you have company – 70% of marrying couples in Colorado in which one person is Jewish are interfaith. These relationships present unique challenges and blessings which traditional cultures and religions haven’t had to respond to before.1

This is where Judaism Your Way comes in. If you are a straight or gay interfaith couple in a committed pre-marital relationship, engaged to be married, or married for less than five years, then we’d like to invite you to join a new group in Denver with other couples like you!

Through guided conversation, structured exercises, question-and-answers sessions and journaling, participants will explore and gain insight into the following questions:

  • What roles do religion, culture, and ethnicity play in a mixed heritage couple?
  • How do we approach the shared and divergent values of our backgrounds?
  • How can I celebrate my heritage and respectful to my partner?

The group will meet on Mondays January 25, February 8, February 22, March 7, and March 21 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at participants’ homes in Denver.

Fee: $200/couple. No one turned away for lack of funds. Scholarships and payment plans available.
