8th Night Passover Seder

Final date to register is Noon, Thursday, April 1

For Jews, eating matters – to history, society, to the earth and to God.  Food evokes memories and helps people sit down together.  Food can also be a tool for social justice, for making the world a better and healthier place.  This year’s Seder, led by our own Rabbi Brian, will lift up issues about our relationship to food – abundance and scarcity, sustainability, Jewish identity, and creating community.  We’ll learn about the new Jewish food movement in this country and local innovative educational and community-building programs that explore the intersection of food and Jewish tradition from Ilan Salzberg.  And we will enjoy the musical leadership of Hal Aqua.
