About Chef David Miller:
I am originally from Houston, Texas, but have lived in Denver (minus a 7 year stint in Israel) over the last 28 years. With Texas being steeped in BBQ history, I began working the grill at 5 years old. In Texas, it’s the law. 😉 Over the years, my Jewish roots shaped my culinary journey. I taught at the Kosher Culinary Academy in Jerusalem, under renowned Chef Yochanan Lambiassie, as well as acting as a demonstration chef for Weber Grills of Israel.
Stateside, I have also been a long-time instructor in the Culinary Arts program at the City of Aurora Parks and Recreation, where I have taught everything from grilling and Cajun to classic French Pastries, Flambé and many other genres.
I am looking forward to sharing my collective family knowledge of Jewish traditional cooking for Judaism Your Way!
