reflectThe High Holy Days are known as the Ten Days of Teshuvah. Teshuvah is best translated as “turning,” “renewal,” or “transformation.” Teshuvah is both a choice and an experience. Together we’ll study and explore the transformative experience of teshuvah. Dr. Caryn Aviv, and Rabbi Brian Field for a welcoming and surprisingly relevant look at the deeper spiritual purpose of the High Holy Days.
